1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to BTKLTD.com / BTKBILLINGLTD.com, hereinafter referred to as BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD or The Company. The service is offered subject to the following Terms and Conditions (TC), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice. These changes are effective immediately upon posting.
In addition, when using BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such usage which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TC. The Company also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by additional TC.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD currently provides potential customers with electronic currency which in turn they can use to access The Company’s clients web products, as well as other on-line resources, including entertainment sites, online games, shopping sites, personalized content, branded programming and businesses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD products and/or services, shall be subject to the TC. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
In order to use the Service, the customer must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based products, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, the customers must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem, or other access device. Please be aware that certain Web sites contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD designated for such areas, and minors are specifically prohibited from purchasing BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD without their parents permission.
3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

6. NO RESALE OF SERVICE

8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

You agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system.
9. TERMINATION
You agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system, and remove any web site or Client from offering BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD as a payment, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TC. BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to further using the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system under any provision of this TC may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system. Further, you agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system
10. DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the clients web sites, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers seen on the clients web sites. You acknowledge and agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD is in the business of providing BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD to be used for access to clients web sites who accept BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD as payments, and that so long as you are issued the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD and properly tendered your payment information, and same being approved by the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system, BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD has fully performed, and as such, you fully and unconditionally accept such performance from BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD.

You acknowledge and agree that BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD and any necessary software used in connection with the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the clients web sites or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.
BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable right and license to access its Software on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system. 15. VENUE
Any dispute arising from, or in connection with the Service shall be construed under the laws of the United States, and shall be brought in any competent court in the country of the United States.

By submitting payment information through the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD system; or by accessing any portion of the BTKLTD | BTK BILLING LTD web-site, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by this TC Agreement, and any documents incorporated by reference, and you agree that you intend to form a legally binding contract; and that this TC constitutes "a writing signed by You" under any applicable law or regulation.
